Every free account is identity-verified — a unique email plus a mobile number verified by SMS. One person = one free account, capped at one super fund and one BDBN. The moment a household needs a second adult, a second fund, or shared vault storage, the free tier simply can't hold it — those features live only in Household and above. We also monitor for the same mobile, device or residential address being used across multiple free accounts and flag them for review. It's not about policing families — it's about being honest that a two-adult household with multiple funds needs the Household plan to actually work.
Yes. Cancel from your account in one click. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and your documents remain downloadable for 30 days after.
