The council-side module for neighbourhood safety
Community Shield is a council product. It brings community reporting, registered property and vehicles, voluntarily nominated cameras, case threads and role-routed early warnings into one place, so a local government area can review recurring incident patterns and prioritise patrol effort against a record rather than a rumour.
What it does

Reports, assets, plate reads and images linked into a single reviewable case.
Registered assets and cameras
Residents and businesses register property, vehicles and cameras they are willing to have contacted.
Vehicle plate matching
Plate reads matched against stolen-vehicle records the agency supplies.
Role-routed early warnings
Warning kinds mapped to the roles responsible for reviewing them, with a recipient preview.
What that gets you
