STEADCALM is a software platform that helps you organise, encrypt and share the paperwork your family will need if something goes wrong. It is not a licensed financial adviser, legal practice, tax agent, insurer, medical service or emergency service.

Nothing on the platform constitutes personal financial, legal, tax or medical advice. The BDBN Checker gives you a structured self-check against publicly known rules — it does not replace a qualified professional's opinion.

• You are 18+ and legally able to enter a contract.
• You keep your account password and any recovery codes safe. Losing access to your sign-in credentials can delay or prevent recovery of your vault.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

• Free tiers stay free. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from settings. No lock-in.
• Prices are in Australian dollars, GST inclusive where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, STEADCALM's total liability to you is capped at fees paid in the 12 months prior to the event. This does not exclude any non-excludable consumer guarantees.

We'd rather fix a problem than fight about one. Contact support first. If we can't resolve it, the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
