For the moments the tower is down, the Offline Pack caches a signed snapshot of your Medical ID, emergency contacts, BDBN status and document index to your device's browser storage — so the essentials keep opening with no coverage.

If someone in the household doesn't survive the event, the trustee will still ask for a valid BDBN. A soaked filing cabinet is not the moment to find out yours lapsed three years ago.
